Refund and cancellation

Our refund policy lasts 14 days.

 

Our customers have right to claim refund of their purchase upon following conditions:

 

1. If our products were not delivered as expected or you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, contact us and we will gladly replace the product or refund the purchase for you.

2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us undamaged and unused within 2 weeks for an exchange or full refund. In that case, we require the use of the Helthjem shipping service. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation

 

Once an order is placed on our website it can not be cancelled.
